NewaterX Distributor - Retailer

This Distributor, Retailer, Wholesaler, and Broker Compliance Policy (“Compliance Policy”) applies to all parties (“Partners”) who distribute, sell, market, broker, or represent NewaterX LLC products.

By engaging in any commercial activity involving NewaterX products, Partners agree to comply with this policy in full.

1. Brand Representation
Partners must represent the NewaterX brand accurately, ethically, and professionally. No false, misleading, or unapproved claims may be made regarding NewaterX products.

2. Marketing & Advertising Compliance
Partners may not:
- Make medical, therapeutic, or health claims
- State or imply FDA approval
- Alter product descriptions without written approval
All marketing must comply with applicable local, state, federal, and international laws.

3. Pricing & Fair Trade
Partners must comply with NewaterX pricing policies where applicable and adhere to fair trade and competition laws.

4. Regulatory Compliance
Partners are responsible for ensuring compliance with:
- FDA regulations (where applicable)
- FTC advertising standards
- Local and international consumer protection laws
- Import/export regulations

5. Product Handling & Integrity
Products must be stored, transported, and sold in a manner that preserves safety, quality, and integrity.

6. Online Sales & Third-Party Platforms
Any online sales (including marketplaces or social media) require prior written authorization from NewaterX.

7. Intellectual Property
NewaterX trademarks, logos, labels, and branding materials may not be altered or used outside approved guidelines.

8. Audits & Monitoring
NewaterX reserves the right to monitor compliance and request corrective action if violations are identified.

9. Termination
Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of distribution or reseller rights.

10. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
